Notes:
1. All fees are effective as at 1 July 2009. Click here to view Fees Schedule effective as from July 2010 academic year. AIC reserves the right to amend its fees.
2. AIC boarding establishments are closed for approximately one month during summer vacation. Students may reside at the AIC boarding establishments at all other times during the year. Rooms may be held for $35.00 per week during closure.
By rights, the minimum payment of accommodation fees should be per half-year, however students who start residing at the AIC boarding establishment in the middle of a term will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
A student who withdraws after 7 days will not be entitled to a refund.
Credit cards: Only Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards will be accepted. For payment of tuition and boarding fees by credit card: a 5% credit card surcharge will apply for Visa and Mastercard transactions; a 6% credit card surcharge will apply for American Express transactions.
3. AIC has uniforms available in standard sizes (including shirts, etc) for immediate purchase; however, fitting alterations may be required. Such alteration costs are not included in the uniform costs quoted and students are advised to take their uniforms to one of the alteration shops recommended. Please note: AIC may occasionally run out of the size you require; if this occurs, it may take approximately 2 months for the order to arrive.
