Established in 2003, Auckland International College is an independent day and boarding school offering a five year secondary school education.

AIC is the only school in New Zealand where all students study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Students in Year 9 and 10 study the Cambridge IGCSE Programme, students in Year 11 study the Preparation Programme for IB Diploma, which includes SAT preparation, while Year 12 and 13 students study the IB Diploma itself.
